'EquilibriumPassage started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Naples. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, our small family business began with treasured recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered pizza crafting on her journey through Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of real Italian pizza, sticking to ancestral techniques and prime ingredients.

What originated as a humble 12-seat pizza shop has blossomed into a cherished local fixture, and our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We still employ classic wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough fresh each day, and procure the best ingredients available.

At present, 'EquilibriumPassage is still under family ownership, with the Bianchi household's second generation guiding our fervent crew. Even though modern enhancements have been adopted, our core mission endures: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
