Refund Policy for EquilibriumPassage

Welcome to EquilibriumPassage, located at Pizza Street, Naples, 80100, Italy. We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 minutes to return an item from the time you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and kept in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If your pizza is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please call us at +39 081 579 2341 to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Online Orders

For online orders, please submit your refund request through our website, equilibriumpassage.sbs. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return. Our online support team will guide you through the process and, if necessary, provide you with a return shipping label.

Non-returnable items

Please note that gift cards, health and personal care items, and beverages including juice and lemonade are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
